If we do not receive the correct authorisation, we will not be liable for any non-delivery, or delays.

The delivery will be done by our support partners, brand owners or the respective courier services appointed within Singapore. For international deliveries, we will be contacting you to arrange and schedule accordingly.
Once we receive your payment, we can hold your product(s) for a maximum period of three months but it is advisable that you get the product(s) soon.

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL
Delivering your items on time is extremely important to us. We do our best to provide the best estimated delivery dates so that you are able to receive your items on time.
The delivery time for your order depends on the models that you have ordered. As most of our products are from Singapore, you can expect the usual estimated time of arrival for your delivery to be 3 – 7 working days for local delivery.
Working days includes Monday to Friday. Saturday & Sundays and Public Holidays are not included.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Standard Local Delivery
Under an exclusive agreement with our support partners and courier services, orders originating from www.dfssea.com are packaged with a delivery and processing fee of SGD1 per fan to a single location within Singapore. Additional charges may apply for variations such as multiple locations delivery. The management reserves the right to revise and amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
International Delivery
For international delivery, we will be contacting you to make the necessary arrangements.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY
Normal Delivery Order:
For any changes/enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule, customers must notify us at least 3 days in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Failure to do will result in a SGD35 charge for any last-minute changes.
Bulky Delivery Orders:
For Bulky Delivery Orders, our support partners will be making arrangements with you in advance for the delivery.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
All undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse.
To reschedule for a delivery to the correct delivery address, we will contact you to arrange for the next available delivery with a restocking fee of 10% for orders valued below S$500, or cap at S$100 for orders valued equivalent or above S$500.
RESCHEDULING OF DELIVERY
Customers may reschedule the delivery by notifying us 3 days before the scheduled delivery date subjecting to availability.
For rescheduling of delivery after 3 days of agreed delivery, DFSSEA will charge SGD35 for any last-minute changes, and a restocking fee of 10% for orders valued below S$500, or cap at S$100 for orders valued equivalent or above S$500, if applicable.
DELAYED DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS
a) In the event of delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, DFSSEA and our support partners reserve the right to reschedule the delivery, subjected to availability of next delivery slot.
b) No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed. Usually, deliveries will be scheduled from 1pm-5pm on Monday – Friday unless otherwise stated.
c) DFSSEA shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment / delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by DFSSEA or to any comparison.
THIRD PARTY LOGISTIC PARTNER DELIVERY
For orders consisting of multiple brands, we will engage our appointed third-party logistic partners.
For orders that do not require advance scheduling, the first delivery will be attempted without any scheduling.
If you miss the delivery, do not fret as our 3PL partners will let you know the delivery failed and you may reschedule a date and time which is convenient for you. Should the second scheduled delivery attempt fail, the third attempt will be chargeable. In the event that the parcel cannot be delivered and you are not contactable to set up a date and time, your order will be held for a maximum of 1 month from the date of first attempted failed delivery.
If there is no response within this month, the order will be cancelled and the management will investigate and evaluate on a case by case basis and refund in the form of store credit, unless otherwise stated.

INSTALLATION POLICY
Please note that DFSSEA does not provide any installation services with respect to the increasing numbers of customers with contractors to install our products. You may refer to our support partner, Air Wings Industries, regarding installation services that may be subjected to additional charges at their discretion. Once you make your purchases online, your stocks will be allocated, and you will receive a call in 1-3 working days to confirm your delivery details. Air Wings Industries will liaise with you and provide delivery to your specified shipping address. If you require installation, they will be able to provide professional advice and quote you accordingly. If you need the stocks within the week of buying, indicate a note once you checkout and they will try to expedite your delivery.
As a guide, for basic installation on concrete ceiling less than 3m height, equipped with an existing lighting electrical point, installation is at an exclusive rate of $60-80/ fan. If you happen to purchase more, you can negotiate directly when they call and support you. All installation services done by Air Wings Industries are subjected to final quote and will be payable directly to Air Wings Industries.
Tip: If you have false ceiling, do ensure your contractor or designer provides the support structure to mount the ceiling fans. Air Wings Industries will be able to do it as well at additional cost.
We strongly suggest for your fans to be installed by Air Wings Industries to ensure they are properly installed to function safely. Air Wings Industries will also be supporting your warranty after sales service. If you do engage your own installers, do ensure they install the fans properly as additional service charges may apply if the fan causes undesirable operation to occur.
WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty is borne by our support partner, Air Wings Industries, the pioneers of authorised ceiling fans installations with over 20 years of experience.
All fans under our inventory comes with a warranty of 2 years on parts, and 1 year on-site service in Singapore. The motor has a limited lifetime warranty for 10 years. Warranty on products purchased from our store will be fulfilled by Air Wings Industries and will commence with reference to your respective order receipt date subjected to their Terms & Conditions.
We strongly suggest that your fans be installed by Air Wings Industries to ensure they are properly installed to function safely. You may contact 8268 4533 to clarify any delivery, installation and warranty issues.
RETURN POLICY
3 Days Return Policy
Applies only for item(s) purchased that has a manufacturing defect or damage caused by delivery, you may return it to us within 3 days of the date you received it.
The value of the returned product(s) will be credited to you in the form of store credits, unless otherwise stated.
Our Logistics Team will contact you to schedule for the collection.

Terms & Conditions
In order to successfully get your refund on your purchased product, the following conditions has/have to be met:
- Customer must provide a photo of the defect(s) within 3 days from receipt of delivery/collection through email.
- The purchased product cannot be in an unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
- The purchased product cannot be used or installed.
- The original packaging of the product must be in resealable condition.
- Item(s) has/have to be in sealed original packaging.
- Returning fee has to be incurred by the customers, if any.
- The 3-Day Return Policy is strictly non-applicable to items marked as “Sale”, “Promotion”, “Display Item”, “Customised Order” and items sold at discounted rates lower than the original listed retail price.
After 7 Days from Receipt of Delivery/Collection
Logistic is a hard cost we incur from our collection to returning procedures. If you decide to return the item after 7 days, your request will be subjected to management approval on a case by case basis.
Our Logistics Team will contact you to schedule for the collection. We will only begin the refund process after we collect the returned item(s).
All refunds will take 14 working days to process and will be issued in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment.
However, DFSSEA reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to offer exchanges prior to delivery if the following conditions are met. It is also a must to fill in the exchange form in order for us to process.
– You can only exchange for a product value of equivalent or higher value*
– Your name and order number must be provided to fans@decorfansea.com at least 3 days before arranged delivery date
– Product(s) has/have to be in sellable condition in its original packaging
– Product(s) does/do not fall under non-exchangeable category (refer to list below)
Terms & Conditions
*Exchanges for items of a lower value is possible but we will not be able to refund the balance in cash or store credit.
– Valid for one-time exchange only
– Customers have to bear the cost of shipping products back to our headquarters, if any. If a second exchange needs to be done, customers have to pay $35 for standard courier fee (for delivery).
– Non-exchangeable items include items that are already delivered or scheduled within 24 hours of delivery
– There is strictly no exchange on items marked as “Sale”, “Promotion”, “Display Item”, “Customised Order” and items sold at discounted rates lower than the original listed retail price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that we strictly do not provide for cancellation of orders. If done so in granted special circumstances, cancellation of orders will be refunded in store credit, or in store vouchers only unless otherwise stated.
In an event that you will need to cancel your order, please notify us via emailing fans@decorfansea.com for us to process this request, within 24 hours from the moment the order confirmation email is sent. Our Management will then be able to make a decision if the request for cancellation is a valid request based on the following terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions have to be met as below:
- The purchased product cannot be in an unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
- The purchased product cannot be used, installed and delivered.
- The purchased product must still be in its sealed original packaging.
- Returning delivery fee of $35 has to be incurred by the customers if he/she wishes to opt for the collection service from our 3PL to deliver back to us.
